Like other reports, I have the same situation where I had an order that I placed months ago and never received. I’ve contacted them via email multiple times and they keep telling me it’s being looked into and they are working on resolving the issue. It’s a big run around and they have not processed a refund. I’ve come to the conclusion that it is a big scam.

This company sent my products in December. Had a February arrival date. Nothing came. Company claimed the package got lost and sent another yet kept refusing to refund me. The replacement package still isn’t here and it’s almost June. Their address is fake. It’s literally an intersection lol they still refuse to refund me.
