Type of a scam Home Improvement

This company was once an operating business. They had problems with the quality of their products and customer service, they ceased operations. They were evicted from their manufacturing shop in 2018 at 1625 Enterprise Road in Mississauga and never sucessfully went back in production. They, however, keep their very slick website at Synstone.com open and they have a working phone line at 905 362 2223. They took a deposit from me for paneling I needed for my house. I waited many weeks for my order and finally, when I asked for a refund they sent me a message that said "We don't give refunds". The sales manager I dealt with at the time is named Robert Keane, he is the one who sent me samples, answered technical questions I asked him and took my order with a wired deposit in the name of Synstone. The owner and president is named Bryant Halliday and lives in Mississauga. This failed entrepreneur once tried to get financing from a well known Dragon (from the CBC program) *** *********. He appeared on a CBC show and finally was turned down by the investor. Their website is still giving false information and shows up on Google when a concrete panelling search is done. With the complaints shown on ScamPulse.com we know they are still operating their fraudulent scheme.
