I placed an order with Synoshi Inc. on 11/20/2023 and complained that I was not charged correctly at the Black Friday Sale Price of 70% off. They refused to credit me the difference or give me a price adjustment. The company had two different Black Friday promotions going on at the same time with two different sale prices. Further more the website did not allow me to make changes to my order before submitting it. They scammed me by taking my money and over charging me in addition to my receipt showing a different order number compared to the one shown in my order confirmation. I received no resolution for my complaint.

I ordered two item from Synoshi. And they charged me for 4. I immediately called customer service and explained what happened and the rep said she would modify the order and refund for the items. The next day i got an email from them stating they couldn't modify my order because it already shipped. I called them again and said I thought this was a scam and I wanted to return all products. They said they would refund for the items but that I was responsible for sending the items back. I received a return mailing label and it was to ship to was in Lithuania witch turns out to have a shipping return fee of over $800 by UPS.

Saw facebook ad offering 50% discount. Ordered one item but was charged intentionally by co. for 4 items. Immediately called and cancelled the order. Given assurance it was cancelled on phone. They lied intentionally. Charged me 120 for items I did not order. Scam. Buyers Beware! Same scam with their other companies and products. Operating out of former Russian country in Lithuania....

Similar to the last report, after an unwanted item was added to my order, I was told by their support service that I needed to return the package upon ordering. Nearly impossible to find where to return the product, once they "made an exception" they recommended returning the product to Lithuania -- where postal fees would have been at least double the original cost of the product. ($60 product, with a $120 minimum return postage, $300 via UPS)

Synoshi sent a package from New York with a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Then they make you return the UNUSED product at your expense to lithoania. Customer Service is not good and refuses to work with you on a return label or refund. They wont let you return any opened packages.

The website is a scam. They charged my account and I did not authorize the purchase. I closed the browser and it still charged my account. I have disputed through Paypal. I have also reached out to the company to refund my card, but they have not responded. The website is tricking the customer and that is deceitful.

Purchased item on website and immediately regretted it. When I chatted with support to cancel order they said that they canceled my order. 14 hours later I received a shipping confirmation email. I chatted customer service again who now said it was too late to cancel and that I would have to pay shipping for the return. Looking online, others that have had this problem noted that you have to send the product back to Lithuania and that shipping cost $79. I told customer service I should not be charged to return I product that I was told had been canceled. They did not agree. This is clearly a scam. Many other people have been sent and charged for four items when only attempting to purchase one.
