Synavax Reports & Reviews (7)

In May 2020 our company purchased $2500.00 worth of paint from Synavax in Colorado. Seemed to be reputable however after months we never received the product. Multiple emails later they insisted on refunding us our money. That never happened. They will not give you the product you paid for and they will not issue the promised refund. After further investigation our company believes this has happened to many others. We are just out of luck and ashamed to have tried doing business with a fraudulent company. They will no longer answer our email correspondence or answer the phones.

My story is the same as the top story on this page. I've heard nothing since I wired $4,738.50. They guy I spoke with called himself George Stuart. They sent me several case studies showing the product to be above and beyond what I was looking for. SIlence since they confirmed receipt of the wire transfer.

They were quick to jump on my product inquiries, offer services and advice, but never shipped my product once payment was made. I made this purchase for the business I work for. When I googled the type of product I was researching this Synavax company was one of the first to pop up. It didn't occur to me to check the ScamPulse.com to see if it was a legit company. That won't be a mistake I repeat.

This is actually a long-running scam originally named Industrial Nanotech. The company takes orders for products and once they have the money they keep the funds without returning calls. The phony products include "insulating paint" and other pseudo-scientific paints. The company has "virtual offices" in Denver, Colorado and Naples, Florida. The company has no physical presence and operates only "virtually". Before you even think about doing business with either Synavax or Industrial Nanotech, read the reviews at the ScamPulse.com. Even better, if it is possible, have someone visit the addresses indicated to see if there is an actual business at the locations listed or if it is just mailbox drop with call forwarding to an unknown location.

These are very sophisticated fraudsters and you have been warned.

On August 2nd, 2018, we placed an online order to Synavax for $1,891 for 20 gallons of their lead encapsulation paint. It was supposed to arrive within two weeks. After a month, we emailed them about our order. "Maria" emailed back with a vague response. Today is the 20th of September. I think we've been snookered. I left a long voicemail at their number but no response. Steer clear of Synavax!

This company is claiming that they have paint products that can provide "insulation coating for surfaces up to 400F/204C." Heat Shield™ EPX-H2O, Heat Shield™ Translucent PT Heat Shield™ High Heat

Paint is not an insulator and, not only is this product fraudulent, it is extremely dangerous if used as directed. In the Industrial Nanotech (parent company) twitter feed that is used to promote these products they actually have a smiling individual with his face next to a boiler, implying that a hot boiler will be cool to the touch if you coat your boiler or hot surface with one of these products.

Synavax and Industrial Nanotech (the parent company) already have F ratings. I am reporting these particular products since they present an actual and serious danger to the public if purchased and used as directed.

I found about this company from a friend in South Korea that actually sent them $20,000 for products and a distributorship and after the money was sent, Industrial Nanotech did not reply to repeated emails and phone calls and just kept the entire amount.

They just took the money. In repeated attempts to get the product shipped through emails and phone calls it finally hit me that there is no product to ship. I was negligent in researching the company and got stung. Hopefully this helps the next customer.
