I was trying to adopt a puppy. I made a deposit and signed a contract for a specific amount. After that then additional money was asked for for transport and delivering which was never disclosed. There was a transport company involved as well. Swift Cargo Transport that is apparently connected with the scam as well as a "financial" man who was supposed to refund my money but, asked me to Zelle him $500 to obtain only a cash return. I asked for a money order but. They said no. She told me she was in Ohio yet when a friend got in touch with her she claimed she was in PA. She blocked me.
