This company has ads all over Instagram that they sell embroidered Pokemon sweatshirts and other embroidered goods. They pay lots of money to push their ads on social platforms as I was seeing them every single day. I bought one sweatshirt for $60, then never received. When I approached the owner “Iz” about it, they emailed me back stating that they are in immense debt and they don’t have enough money to complete orders OR refund their customers at this time. No refund has been processed, and they delete negative comments from their social media of customers asking where their money/merchandise is. SCAM!
