I received a letter with no return address stating I was one of the winners in the second category of the International general market survey draw held on Dec. 28,2024. I was entitled to the sum of $500,000.00 payable to me by certified check to be delivered by their special courier company. Enclosed was a check in the amount of $6950.00 to pay for tax, insurance, and processing fees which was deducted from the $500,000.00. I was to call my claims agent, Nelson Moore, and was instructed to not act on the letter until I spoke with him. Letter was signed by manager John Arnold.
