They called from 301-589-8436 about winning the MegaMillions, $7,000 a week for a year. They gave me the name, Brian Anderson- badge# MC16401 in the claims department and if I didn't get a hold of him ask for Jeff Goodman. They said they would be sending a $7,000 gift card each week and this is how I would get paid. They said they would be at my house on Saturday at 12:30 pm. They said they would set it up and I would receive this check every week for a year.

received a call from "James Anderson" saying that i won $18 million. All I needed to do was go to another bank that i do not use and open an account and get starter checks out. The scammer said i did not need to send them any checks but that Chase Bank would deposit the $18 million in that account. Went to another bank to set this up and the attendant had a fraud officer come over and ask me about this situation. I was told that this was a scam and to not go any further with it and call the sheriff. Call them and they told me yes it was a scam and to call ScamPulse.com as well.

Basically indicating I had been randomly selected to receive $50,000 and directed to message a FedEx agent who requested name, address, phone number and gave a series of numbers used to identify my gift. Then required 16 digit identification from an Apple ?? card that I was to purchase and pay fees totaling $500. Refused and indicated this was a scam which they vehemently denied.

I received a call from 516-748-6884 and 646-477-1369 saying I won the Golden Harvest sweepstakes monthly prize of $5.5 million and a new Mercedes 53X. They gave me strictly confidential prize information and it was being monitored by the BBB. Then I was supposed to call 832-669-1106 and give code number 86547PCH to contact David Sayer for preparation and delivery today. They called before and said we won a Mercedes and $18 mil. They gave me my direct address. We did not enter and I asked them for their address in the end. They said they are in New York and wouldn't give their full address. The other number called from 253-375-3408 and gave another code number 1983US and to call to claim the prize. I was supposed to tell them what color I want my Mercedes in. It was a call from David Miller.

I saw an ad about winning cash playing a solitaire game and i downloaded the game. It

Sent me thru various pages of fine print and then to the game. It told me i won 21 dollars and told me to enter my PayPal info and i did but when i checked it had charged me $15.10!! This is a scam!!! I requested my money back. And then i checked and it's a recurring payment to my PayPal!! I canceled it immediately with PayPal!! I hope i get my money back but if i lose 15 dollars at least it's not as bad as some other people. I learned my lesson!!!!

It’s online gaming, Bingo Cash they let you believe that you can actually win in bingo when they just nickel and dime and take it all away. It’s not a legitimate site to win real money on. It needs to be investigated. They are giving people false hope while they’re pocketing everybody’s money.

I paid a man - Tom Jerry - to play games and when I won the money and I wanted to cash out, he kept saying he was going to pay me but he never did.

- Canal Winchester, OH, USA • Feb 04, 2025

About two weeks ago, I began receiving calls from "Publishers Clearing House" saying I had won six million dollars. I have been subscribing to Publishers Clearing House for years. But I quit because I didn't think anyone won anything. He was very kind. He talked about being a Christian and reading the Bible. He sent me a picture of a $6 million dollar PCH check. He kept asking me to send money. The first time he wanted $2,200. So, I mailed him a check. Then last week he asked for $5,500, so I sent him a check overnight from the post office. The check was made out to ******* *** ******* *** ******* *** ****** ** *****. I told him to let me know when he got it, but he didn't let me know. I called my bank, and they said the check cleared Friday. So, I called him and talked to a woman who said her name was Mary. She wanted a confirmation number. Then she asked me for $6,600. I said I don't have it. She told me to borrow it from somebody. She told me not to tell anyone in my family. Both of them kept telling me to keep it private, which was easy because I am a very private person. I contacted my bank and asked for help to get the money back. The bank said because I had voluntarily written the check they would not help me get my money back. Mary called again this morning asking for the $6,600. I told her I had none left. It seemed so real, so I called the Better Business Bureau to ask if it was real and they told me I had been scammed.
