Scammer texted me stating he was giving away $500,000 to 10 lucky people after winning the lottery ticket in 2021.

A man called me early on Saturday morning and said he was with Publishers Clearing House, and that I had won 2.6 million dollars and a new Mercedes. He told me his name, my winning number and the persons name that would be at my house in two hours. I would have to go buy a gift card worth $500 to show them.

I received a text message attached said that I won money 200 thousand dollars. I was told to give full name, address etc. and send in 200 for fees and I would receive

Person claiming to be Dave Sayer from Publishing Clearing House called asking if I had received notification in mail that I had won $3.5 million cashier check plus bonus $5,000 week for life (which can be assigned to beneficiary. Gave label code # and said it should have been delivered today. He informed me I had also won pearl white 2022 V-8 Chevy Tahoe with 0 miles which would be delivered on flatbed truck. Vehicle would be insured by Geico insurance for 17 months, 3-year warranty, gas card for 5 months limited to 1 x use per week. Only thing I needed to do was register and buy license plate. He realized I didn't seem happy because I said this is a scam. He stated numerous times during conversation that this was 100% real, he promised before me and God. He mentioned God numerous times during conversation which made it hard to believe this was scam. He asks me to go purchase a Vanilla Visa gift card or an American Express visa or debit card and put $498 on card so that they could transfer the $5,000 weekly for life onto it every Friday. Each Friday he said I could transfer the $5000 to checking account but must leave $498 on card so that it would remain active. He ask if I wanted a public presentation with PCH staff, cameras, new reporters or private presentation of just 5 staff members and no cameras and public announcement (I stated private which he said he would recommend because of danger of being robbed or something bad happening to me or my family). Wanted to know how long it would take for me to get dressed and purchase visa card because they would be heading my way with cashier check and tahoe on flatbed in 25 minutes. It has now been about 45 minutes and he has called once to check and make sure I am ok and stated they left 25 minutes ago headed my way. I ask him to what address he was delivering these items and he said he would get the file with that information when they got closer to my residence, and he would call and verify address. Sounds little fishy to me that you head in my direction and not know where you are going.

The scammers said I had won $750,000, which would be $5000 a week for life and an E-Cass 2021 Mercedes Benz. Right off I told them they were scammers. They said they were with the ScamPulse.com as well. The phone calls kept coming even after I told them I was going to check into it. The guy kept saying it wasn’t a scam and that the prize team was stationed in Birmingham, Alabama. Long story short they wanted me to get and American Express card worth $399.16 and I kept telling him I had to check it out first and I would call back, but he would never give me a chance to, he kept calling me. He said the card was for legal stuff, cause the government was always on them about that. So I asked about the prizes again and he said the numbers off the card had to go on the check and that the state marshals and state police was going to escort my gifts to me. They had my full name and address, in which I never gave them any type of information. After they kept calling I gave a fake card cvc and after I wouldn’t give the 16 digits off the back, they got really uspset and said I could give my gifts to a charity of my choice and I did, but they still wanted someone to pay for that legal stuff. We hung up from each other and he called back only to say, I never got the American Express card. I told him that I was keeping my card and and not to call my house anymore and he shouted to me “F… your momma” and hung up. But they still keep calling and from the same number. When I try calling it back it says, “ the number you have reached has been disconnected or is no longer in service and if I’ve reached the number in error, please try again. It bothers me cause they keep calling and they know my address.

I received a postcard same final notice to claim my reward voucher for $100 and when I called the number they insisted and having money off my debit card as soon as I said I didn't have a debit card they hung up on me

Was initially sent a friend request by Grulkey Royce, it stated that he was friends with a relative so I accepted. Not long after accepting I started receiving personal messages from this person. They stated that they were from Menlo Park, California and worked for Facebook and wanted to know if I had been informed of my prize. They went on to say that I was one of the twenty lucky people chosen to receive a special prize from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg. My prize was to be Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars. He said that it was 100% legit and that the FBI and Homeland Security already knew about the contest. Then proceeded to send me pictures of past winners which you could tell were photo shopped because one of them even stated it was from the Illinois Lottery. I explained to him that I could tell they were fake and that I didn't need to be scammed and he blocked me from messaging him anymore. I hope that this gets out there reported to more people because I'd hate to think of someone losing money over a stupid scam like this one.
