Received a letter in a plain envelope with a Canada stamp and no return address Inside the envelope was a form labeled Publishers Clearing House stating recipient had won 2nd prize in the $100 million dollar sweepstakes, the prize named was $2.5 million. Told not to tell any "3rd parties" and call either 1 343 401 0915 (which dialed Ontario) or 1 778 669 0976 (which dialed British Columbia), BEFORE cashing the $9950.25 check also sent "to cover insurance and attorney fees". Both phone numbers reached women who said "thank you for calling Publishers Clearing House, ple[censored]d". There were many clicks after being placed on hold.
