I purchased a sauna around November 27th, 2024 as a gift to my wife. I received various emails from the company that my shipment was sent to a 3rd party logistics company for delivery schedule. 2 weeks later, I received an email stating that their logistics company was behind on orders and that I would not receive the shipment until Jan 30th. 2 weeks before the last week of Jan 30th, I sent multiple emails requesting for an update to see if delivery was still scheduled around this time. I have received no response leading me to believe that this is an online retailer masquerading as a premium sauna company. With my final email, I stated that I would be reporting them to the state of California attorney general as well as the FTC, and BBB. It is unaccep[table that a company that receives payment does not attempt to update or respond to any inquiries for more than 2 weeks. It's one thing if the business went under or something happened with the supply chain, but customers should be entitled to a refund. I will also be reporting abuse claims to their website and email domain hosting providers to take them off the Internet.
