I received the below voicemail from a gentleman by the name of Jack Jones, he also called my office with the exact same message even when I answer the phone as well as my sister in law which would only mean he is pulling from public records. There is no mention of the company or address where he will be arriving. He said to call claimant at 833-894-3197

I received voice message from call I missed showing call came from 954-836-2625. Person named David said a complaint was filed, file # 336937 regarding Nesley Arkus (spelling?) and that I should call their legal dept 855-692-8057. When calling the 855# they gold me company name was Lincoln & Associates, southern California, Riverside County. I didn't give them my name because it all sounded like a scam, I told the person that I rec'd call about a complaint with Nesley Arkus and that I never heard of this person, so he told me he'll remove my contact information (without me giving my name or phone number since I blocked my number when I called them. Very unsettling to receive a voice message about a complaint filed against you from a person you never heard of. I hope some people are not paying out to this company to settle complaint claims that are not legitimate.

It's a recording and they say it's a serious matter and to press 1. Sometimes they call my cell phone too. I never pick up the phone because I do not want to engage and there are no serious matters to discuss. I feel besieged sometimes and I am on the do not call list. All I can do is block the number, but they will just use another.

They called and said the wanted to talk about our relocation that was happening in a year or two. I told her I was unaware that we were moving and she said, "Oh, you didn't know you were moving?" To which I replied, "Oh yeah, we are moving, I forgot. Thanks for reminding me." I hung up after that.

The scammer in question called my number. I told him to call my attorneys and don't call me again. He said he's going to call as many times as he wants. I hung up with him. He called me back three times after that. I think that's what there's a federal law against that I want to press charges

A man identified himself as "mr griffy from above law firm concontacted my wife's phone looking for my deceased mother about a sealed case. My wife said nothing and called me.

I called back and spoke to a man who would not identify himself until I gave information about my mother. I hung up on his scammer [censored]. Furthermore I googed law firm and of course they never heard of him.
