This is a fraudulent operation. They present as a boutique in Miami. I placed two orders and have received one so far. The quality is awful and the shoes do not fit. They didn't even come in Shoe boxes. Their website claimed "100% Satisfaction guaranteed 30 day returns no questions asked" but when I contacted them for a return, I had to go to their returns link on their website where it said sale items are all final sale. The page with the item and the price said right their 30 day returns no questions asked. They will not accept a return. I have been emailing with them back and forth. Here is the webpage with one of the items I purchased and their return policy. They will not give me a refund nor offer a return option. They will do me a one time favor and exchange for a different size for $15 per item!! No thanks
