I still havebt got my package

Payed for items and shipping and its been almost two months haven't received anything from them. I've also asked for refund many times and never heard anything back and tracking number does not work.

Ordered 3 t-shirts and a sweatshirt. Finally received them only to be poorly made and not the measurements as stated. Have emailed 4+ times asking how to return for a refund and all they do is ignore that and offer a 5% discount, then 15%. A discount doesn’t matter if the items don’t fit. Refuse to give return instructions. Worst company ever and their exchange & return policy clearly doesn’t exist. Stay away from this company unless you want to throw money out the window.

I ordered a pair of boots online that was advertised on Facebook MarketPlace in February. They were described as being leather except for the flowery material upper insert. The pictures were of a certain colouring and the stitching and details shown were quite good and intricate. I spent quite a bit of time on various monitors to get a good feel of what the colours would be, understanding that screen colours may vary. Also, I focused on the substance of the material, the thickness of the sole etc. The boots were advertised for US$77.00 plus shipping (US$7). It took about 4 weeks to receive the item. The packaging indicated being sent by BlueStar Distributors in Mississauga Ontario, Canada (I live in Vancouver BC Canada).

Once I received the item, I knew I had been duped. The boots receive are made of cheap synthetic light brown material, and the colours are absolutely nowhere near what is shown in the advert. These are faded brown and beige colour as opposed to the red and gold fabric insert. The supposed leather portion is supposed to be a rich reddish brown and these are a pathetic light brown. The sole is paper thin and has no thickness to it...the stitching is fake... and the heel is very thin. The boots that were advertised look quite substantial and these are an absolute cheat. They would not be worth more than $20.

I have asked for Pay Pal assistance through their resolution centre. I suppose there is very little that they can do. Midodo offered a US$14 refund to keep the boots or to return them for a full refund. However, it costs over $100 to ship back to China.

When I saw this item on Facebook MarketPlace, it appeared to be from Canada/US retailer and it gave no indication that I'd be dealing directly with China...otherwise I would have never considered it. I have questioned why the items cannot be returned to the distributor, but have received no response. Stay away

Ordered 3 shirts and a sweatshirt. Paid them $77 bucks back on in the beginningof March. Its been a month now. Email was sent saying it shipped and had tracking info. Info was left blank and when I sent multiple emails to them, I got no response. Still haven't received anything from them. Email or item wise. Spoke with the bank, who gave me a refund.

Scam. Advertised as UK based but they are in China and images used on site are stolen from a different site. Clothes are poor quality rip off. Wish I'd looked them up before ordering. I've requested a refund from PayPal but no update yet. Clothes smell like house paint which is probably what they used to print

I have paid $62 for a shirt from them and that was 2 weeks ago...have heard nothing and am worried i've been ripped off

You'll get your shirt but based on my order it'll be much worse quality than you expect

Sureleer advertises on Instagram, or that is where I found them. They appear to sell designs that other companies no longer use. I found a shirt from drivenclothing.com that was no longer on their site, but was on Sureleer's. The photo was exactly the same as drivenclothing's. This is where the issue begins. The photo can't mimic the lay of the item that you will receive from sureleer, as the fabric is different (cotton vs. polyester) I bought an XL, but the cut of the shirt was smaller than slim cut. It dug into my arm pits. The design involved a skull, but the difference being that the one I received had no teeth, like the one in the ad. The outline was scratchy, almost pixelated compared to the original. I tried contacting them through their email address from their site three times over the course of a week and a half. I then filled a complaint through paypal, which they offered me 20% of my money back. This was after I sent pictures showing them the issue. This company is a scam, I hope you found this prior to buying from them.

Saw this when my delivery was late and looked them up. Same issue as you when they arrived. Really poor pixilated print

These companies pose as American-based businesses and advertise on Facebook. Once a purchase is made sometimes they send you an email informing you that there could be a delay in shipping due to Corona Virus. This is because the company is actually based in China and it's going to take a long time to receive the order. They send you a small partial of the order or some similar but cheaper item that is a small fraction of the cost of the item purchasing. (Example; Presenting a specific quality-looking shirt and sending a different shirt that is very generic and poor quality just to validate shipping you something. Here is an order that was placed... https://www.sureleer.com/order/55169-SQMS76415 attached is a picture of that was sent. This has happened with several purchases on Facebook by myself and friends). When contacting them for the partial or incorrect item, they inform you that you must return the item to their China address, not the warehouse address in the U.S. or on the package, and inform you that the cost would be very expensive. They offer you to keep the item and they will refund you 5% -10% of the purchase price. If you decide to return the item anyway, they say the item was damaged or never received it and will not refund the original purchase price at all. They are banking that you will keep the crapy item and take a small percentage of the refund.

I payed for products from this company online and after review of a multitude of Facebook post comments have concluded that this company must have been fraudulent.
