I ordered red light device on their website (redlight device.com) on 12/14/2022 and payed USD 880 with Shop Pay. I sent multiple text messages to the sales rep, left multiple voice messages to their support number (323-327-7374) and emailed to support @vitalredlight.com, to enquire progress of the order/ the date of shipping. I received an email on 12/18/22, stating that the date for shipping is 12/22/2022 (eight days after the purchase). Till today (12/23/22), I have not received any communication from them to confirm shipping, despite leaving multiple voice messages at the customer support number, and communicating with sales team member at 302-200-4203. Based on my dealing with them, I am no longer interested and have requested cancellation with refund (via email and text message to sales team at 302-200-4203 . The company displayed prominent customers including Equinox gym on their website. I need a way to get my refund. They have not responded to my request for cancellation with refund. Do I have any remedy ?
