I ordered some pants in June, 2026. I received a notification that they were delivered on July 18, 2026. I sent multiple emails asking for help because I never received my order. I never received an answer.

During this time my credit card company notified me that someone had fraudulently used my card. They canceled my card and issued me a new one. What can be done to get my money back? Why can they not be stopped from scamming other people?
