[email protected] Reports & Reviews (1)

I was first contacted by phone last week from their phone number: +1(289)224-3893. They claimed to be TELUS company offering iPhone 16 promotion on Black Friday Deals. I told them that I will save their number and call back if interested. They tried to reach today at 1:30 PM (MST) and I was already shopping around for new phone. However, when we were talking on the phone, he said that I should sign in online to my Koodo/Telus account using the link they will send to my email - The email they sent seemed from Telus with the Domain and logo ([email protected]). I did try to log in but it did not work. I asked him if this can be done at any TELUS location instead of Phone call. He said it is only on this branch somewhere in Toronto. I explained that I live in Calgary. Then he asked saying " Can you please do me a favor and click again on the link" I told him " No, I prefer not to do this through the phone" He then said, "Let me see if I can do it on my end, You want to keep your same number correct? I said yes. Then he told me can we start by taking your home address and postal code, I replied (Sorry I do not want to continue this through the phone and ended the call)

I looked up their email address online and it seems like they are really SCAMS. So I went and changed my Email address password, as well as my bank password, and my phone service provider login password and PIN. I called and emailed TELUS through their Fraud report system as well as my current service provider (Koodo).

The claim his name is Oscar agent ID *** I am kindly reporting for your kind consideration.

Thank you
