I watched a video about ecommerce and the presenter on the video said that if you buy the product and decide that you do not want it, you can get a full refund within 60 days.

I purchase the product and called the very next morning , 888-296-1423, to get the refund and they told me that I could not get the money back. I want to be refunded the amount of $637.29 on my credit card.

I also sent an email to ask for the money back and I got no reply. The email addres that I emails was [email protected]

They have a sales video that tells a false message. I asked for a refund in the first 24 hours and they refused to honor what they are advertising. **** ****** ********************** **** ************
