I cancelled a subscription in January 2026 for total relief loition. On September 29, 2026, they notified me that they will be sending additional bottles for $102. I stated I canceled in January and sent supportive email stating so. After back and forth email, asking why I'm canceling even though I canceled in January, they sent a email on October 1, 2026 and stated it was too late to cancel and will be charging me for the lotion with 20% discount and will cancel subscription again! Very sneaky and scandalous! After numerous notification to cancel account!!
