Scammed on an On Cloud shoe purchase which looked like Dick's site

I bought what I thought were 2 pair od On Cloud 5 shoes from Dick's (they spoofed the logo perfectly). After watching tracking information for several weeks showing the items being shipped from China (first red flag) and then clearing customs in US I began to think maybe they were really coming. One day that the tracking number showed that my shoes were "delivered" but they were not. I reached out to the company and they told me to check with my Post office. After more investigating I realized that there were never any shoes that were sent. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and was credited back the amount of the purchase. It pays to have a good credit card company in this day and age of fraud and scams. Lesson learned... if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. At least I am not out any money as a result.

My order confirmation at one point had the stages of the order processing—next thing I know, when I try to track my order, the “data does not exist” and the site is gone. 👌

Dicks sporting goods

I purchased several pairs of on cloud shoes from Dick sporting goods on 5/05/2024 tracking information given showed delivered on 5/22/24 however the shipments were never recieved. When reaching out to the email address on dick sporting goods website [email protected] they assured me that the shipments were shipped and to go to the post office to ensure that it was recieved. I just got back from the postal office and they could not find any shipments recieved and there were no shipments on 5/22/2024 to my address from them. Now I am concerned this may have been a scam.

Scammed with Facebook On-Cloud Shoe Ad

Ordered 2 pair of On-Cloud shoes from "Dick's Sporting Goods" on 3/29. I never received the shoes and Dick's has no record of my order. They sent me a bogus tracking link (verified by others who have also been scammed) and when I asked for a refund I was told to wait 3-5 business days for them to "verify the logistics." I reached out again today (now 6 weeks after ordering) and was told that I need to wait 15-30 MORE business days for them to "verify the tracking logicstics". This is a complete scam. It's all over the internet and now I'm fighting w/my bank to dispute the charge. I've asked for a person/phone number but they haven't provided. Just this scam email address.

False Wig Sale

I purchased 4 wigs from this company. After checking why I hadn't received my purchase I tracked the order. The tracking said it was delivered on March 23, 2024. I have informed notices that I get from the post office, and I did not receive the package in or around that time. What they say is:
"Dear customers. We have checked whether your order has been placed correctly for you. If your package has not arrived or the delivery address displayed is different from yours, please contact your local post office. Have a nice day! Sincerely customer service centerHave a nice day!
Sincerely,
Customer Service Center"

No offer to fix the problem or anything! I'm truly upset. 😡 that was $56.98 I couldn't afford, but after losing my hair from chemotherapy I wanted to feel normal again.
