I am not exactly sure how the company Home

Defense -USA received my mom, Carolyn Chirillo 's information but she has been charged $200/ month on her credit card since September 2024. I clalled on her behalf today and they would not cancel policy and she has not even used their services. Also, she has been recovering from a broken leg since late September 2024. I explained she has many medical bills and can't afford this additional service and they would not cancel her policy. She is 87 years old and is tired and asks me to help with her matters sometimes and they would not agree to help an older handicaped individual. Their customer care would not even give me their name.
