Placed order May 23 2026, waited 30 days and inquired on delivery, did get a response but it was vague saying the order was delivered. The order was not delivered, my tracking number took me to customs and then stopped working. Was advised they didn't have my proper address, sent them my address on 4 different occasions after my first inquiry and was told each time it takes up to 7 business days to "reroute" or "investigate" - currently Aug 5 2026 and they have stopped replying and I have no product or refund. I will continue to try to reach "Mia" and get this resolved - at this stage I feel it is pointless. Facebook needs better blockers for spam like this.

ADVERTISED 10 SUMMER SHORTS OUTFITS FOR 25.99 + SHIPPING. NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS AND COULD NOT GET A REFUND. EMAILED COMPANY SINCE MAY 2025, AND NOTHING BUT PUTTING ME OFF ON GETTING MY MONEY BACK.
