EduPrep Solutions claims to be acting on behalf of the government to help to lower or eliminate outstanding student loan balances, but this is a lie. All they do is take your money while they file the same forms that are able to be filed for free on the FSAFeds website and tell you to patiently wait months to get a response back from the government, meanwhile your student loans go delinquent and your credit is trashed. If you try to cancel after their very small 72 hr cancelation window, they fight and refuse to return any funds that were taken to pay for nothing.
