I placed an online order through an ad that was within Instagram. After placing the order using my saved financial information, I received an email about the order, later to receive an email with a tracking number. It seems to go through customs in Italy, then it stops when the item gets to Milwaukee. This also happened earlier in the spring (same location - Italy). The item's tracking info stated that it had been delivered, but I never received it. There was no proof of delivery, and no confirmation of the address that it was delivered to. After it happening twice, I am afraid that they are scamming to my financial information.
