I initially had trouble putting my HP printer back online. When I contacted HP help by phone, was unknowingly connected to Support Nerds.Inc. They charged me to $99.00 + tax (total $106.99) to put my printer back online and to have tech support for 1 year. Then the trouble started, because they asked for and I gave them access to my computer to get my printer back online. Well, several days later, my printer was malfunctioning, so of course I contacted them via a ICON they put on my computer's desktop. Well, then they claimed I needed Microsoft Office because my Word was infected with a virus and at the same time they convinced me I needed McAfee antivirus protection. From Jan. 2021, April 2021,and Dec. 2021 I was duped into paying from $99.00 1 year tech support service to a $309.99 BASIC COMPLETE CARE PLAN-IT SUPPORT & SERVICE-2years and a 1 year MCAFEE TOTAL PROTECTION ANTIVIRUS SECURITY for 1PC at $49.99 for a total of $357.79 after tax! and if that wasn't enough, they charged me $139.99 plus tax for total of $148.74 for so called lifetime of MICROSOFT OFFICE 2019 HOME & STUDENT-DOWNLOAD - 1PC-ONE TIME INSTALLATION! These people have accents of Hindi speaking people from India. They use names like Mike Smith, Jim, Victor, Sam, Stuart, Craig, and the one woman is named Amelia Rogers. I do believe they are scammers and they only have two men who use different names but cannot change they accent! PLEASE, INVESTIGATE AND SHUT THIS SCAM DOWN!!!
