Stole almost $275.00 from me

I have called this company over 30 times since 4/21/2023 to which I never get anyone to resolve my complaint or to explain where my refund is & why I haven’t received it still after being told on 10 separate occasions that their billing department has issued myE-check/refund when that’s not the case! when I never authorized more than 1 bottle/$30 equivalent to be charged to my debit card & before I realized it they had charged my bank card, 2 separate transactions first being 1) $198.99 & second charge being 2) $59.99 & ever since then I’ve been calling them requesting my refund to which they reply: Our billing department will issue a E-Check to your email address within the next 16 days & that’s what they tell me every time I call to complain my refund has never been received & it’s literally been 11 months now & I still haven’t been made whole which is beyond frustrating especially when I’m a single mom of 2 children who I support alone & never would have allowed this ridiculous amount of money to be taken from my kids mouths for a diet gummy that hadn’t been proven to work! I’m at a loss on what I should do next so I figure if nothing else I hope I can warn others about this Scam for Keto Gummy’s that say were mentioned on Shark Tank episode which never actually happened! I hope they get sick of me & my phone calls/emails & end up refunding me my $269.99 but I can’t say I am counting on it bc they have no intention of refunding me after almost 12 long months of stating I would receive a E-Check once I called them with my bank on 3-way so they could get confirmation that I hadn’t filed a dispute with my bank & after proving that they still never sent it! Any suggestions or advice would be welcome & appreciated!
