About the shampoo and when I received it a month and a half later, it was a sample. I have been texting the people that sent it and they want the item back, but I have to pay $20 for shipping and handling. I tried canceling it when I ordered because it was ordered. I had to wait for it a month and a half later. I was gonna refuse the mail, but they told me to receive it and then they will work with me to return it. Because I received it now I have to pay for the return which I told him I wasn’t gonna do that. They want me to keep it. They give me 40% of what I paid and call it good but I’m tired of these scams that I fall for every time in this person is making it difficult to get my refund back. They could have the shampoo back, but I am not paying for shipping and handling. I should’ve just refused the item. Nobody should be scammed and these people are running one big scam.
