Lost $37 buying a sweatshirt here, and the graphic was skewed/distorted (scaled up improperly) from a small-size blurry JPEG with noticeable image compression artifacts. For a "refund" they wanted me to ship the product back to China and pay for the shipping myself. This would cost more than it's worth. I was tempted to anyway just because I want this sweatshirt as far away from me as possible as I never want to be caught wearing it or be reminded I wasted my money on this scam website.

I ordered a clothing item. It came defective. I attempted to obtain a refund. I was told I had to ship it back to China, which would cost more than the product itself.
