Placed an order for a bracelet to be shipped to my son. They notified me that part of his address was missing even though I had it all present when I ordered. Updated the address then a week later received an email saying that the carrier reported the product was damaged in shipping. They then attempted to take additional money from my account and have not replied to my correspondence.
