Lost $5000 to Summer London LLC and Caprice Esty
After the payment was made, I experienced problems getting clear communication and a resolution regarding my $5000. I repeatedly attempted to address the situation, but the issue remained unresolved. Based on my personal experience, I believe I was misled during this transaction and lost $5000.
I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers to be very careful before sending money. Keep copies of all receipts, payment confirmations, text messages, social media messages, invoices, and agreements. Do not send large payments without having the terms of the purchase and refund policy clearly documented in writing.
