I have ordered from Sugarbaby before and never experienced this new subscription option. I removed the subscription option before placing my order and they still enrolled me in the subscription. I have emailed, sent messages through the website, called with no answer. The cancel subscription link gives an error message and says to contact them directly. I see others having the same issue, I just dont understand why a company would lose customers by doing this to us. I will now have to cancel my card so I'm not charged.

I made a one-time purchase that was converted into a monthly subscription without my consent. I contacted customer service and was told that when I made the purchase I automatically signed up to do the 90-day challenge. I said I never agreed to that and the site is misleading because it doesn’t say anything about that when I ordered. I told the representative I wanted to cancel my subscription and didn’t want to receive anything else from them. Prior to my call, I had emailed the company to cancel and never received a reply to my email. I logged onto my account days later under the order history tab and I see it showing me having a subscription and an upcoming order for May after I had called in to cancel following the email I sent to cancel.

The seller is advertising products and taking money for purchases and not send the product and/or providing refunds. They are also not responding and the customer service response time is unacceptable. I purchased items on 1/09/24 and I still not have received my order or a refund! Also they provided me with an in valid tracking number and the system is showing that the shipper has not shipped the product.

They offer skin care pads for $39 and you never receive them. They ignore all of your messages with their standard shipping policy that clearly states how soon you should expect your package and they have failed miserably.

I placed my order on 12/15/2023 (order # 80951). I received tracking information on 12/22/2023 (USPS - 9400111206217530541413) and it hasn't updated since 12/26/2023. I have contacted customer service via email twice. No response was received. I in boxed this same company on Instagram, on Jan 3rd, 2024 and explained what was going on. Gave them my ordering information. I have yet to hear back from anybody that's affiliated with this company.
