Type of a scam Online Purchase

An email appeared to come from an interested customer wanting a chimney cap. This person, Cliff Anderson, appeared to be real, but used short messages, very general information, and no contact information. The first email began "To whom it may concern". This person knew that general sizes for chimney caps run 13 x 13 and 8 x 8, so they had industry information. The third email asked that 50 chimney caps be shipped to an address in the Virgin Islands using a specific shipping company, Success Shipping, and the contact is Mr. Lovelace. The grammar and syntax in the final email is very poor and appears to be translated. We will not send any further emails and we will certainly not be contacting Mr. Lovelace to use the shipping company. It appears that they are wanting my company to use their shipping company, and I guess that is how they would scam us--they would get our credit card information in exchange for their order, which is likely fake.
