Order issues, account locked, and deceptive stock claims on Stylevana.com
The deception regarding stock is even worse:
1. After purchasing, I was told the items were out of stock and wouldn't be available until April 15.
2. On April 5, I received another email claiming the items were still unavailable and a refund would be issued.
3. However, these exact products are still listed as "In Stock" and available for purchase on their website right now. This is a clear fraudulent practice—advertising stock they don't have and holding my $49 while blocking account access. I have kept screenshots of every single step and communication. I will be reporting this deceptive business practice to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Every step of their process is riddled with issues.
