Please an oder. When I checked out, the order was billed twice. I emailed them several times, no response. Called the number provided and it was busy every time I dialed. Their policy states you can cancel an order within 30 minutes. I emailed them within a minute. After reporting them to the credit card company, they then emailed me and stated I cannot cancel the order.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that are similar to Clarks. They arrived supposedly from Mass. The straps were way too short on both and wouldn't even come close to closing. When I tried to return them, I was told I had to ship to ASIA at my expense and there is also a $20 restocking fee. I pointed out their policy of "Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs." But they don't see it as their fault. These are not good quality and they are defective!

Went online and did a search for type and color of shoes I wanted. Saw the ones I liked and ordered them, something I do often. When they came, the quality was extremely poor and when I looked for the name of the company on the label I couldn't find one. I took the address on the label and googled it and that's when I saw the info on the location being part of a scam.

STYLED BY SUSAN stole my money. I ordered orthopedic sandals on the website called Styled by Susan and have not received them. It's been 10 days already. I call them on the business phone line and it is always busy. Beware. Do Not Buy From Styled By Susan. It is a scam. They scammed me for 80 dollars. I have filed a complaint with the police, FBI, and my bank to get my money back.
