On September 6, 2026, I was playing an online game on my phone and clicked on an advertisement selling 10 shirts for $24.99. I placed the order. On September 8, 2026, I received an email stating my order had shipped and listed the tracking information. After clicking on tracking, I then realized the shipment was coming from China. I continued checking the tracking information periodically throughout the month of September. I checked the tracking again on October 4, 2026 and it listed the package had been delivered on September 27, 2026, which I did not receive. I then sent an email to the vendor at [email protected], listing my order number and the tracking information, stated I didn't receive my order. I have not received a reply from them. I'm going to my bank today to request a new debit card as I'm concerned my checking account has been compromised.
