I purchased what I thought was study notes that would be sent to me through the mail. Processing was charged. No where on their webpage did it state that I was paying $11 for something that had to be downloaded. I contacted the company to refund me but the company refused. The website is very misleading because it states a 30 day money back guarantee, however they also don’t state that downloaded notes are unfundable. They don’t state their products are only downloadable. In their ad they show the notes in clients hands not saying you need to download them and print them out.

There is no address associated with this merchant. There is not phone number provided on their website. The only phone number I have is via my bank which is associated with the transaction: +45283047551 or +4528304755

The merchant advertized study notes for nursing students with many options for different areas of medical field. The advertizing was about hard copy of the material. However, when I purchased the notes, I was told that it would not be in hard copy form and it would be ONLY in digital format. At the end of the purchase, I specifically asked for hard copy of the notes. I did not receive the notes, neither in digital format nor in hard copy format. I emailed them several times to cancel my order. I received only one response that my order could not be cancelled. They are using false advertizing. It is very deceptive to advertize and promise one thing and then provide another thing. In any case, I have not even received the digital format of the notes yet. Please inform the public!

Online retailer scam

Advertisement shows and states its a book of Nursing study. I purchased it for my daughter to give to her for Christmas who is stating the Nursing program in September. NO WHERE did it state that I was purchasing a download. I don't even have a printer. It was not advertised that way and literally MOMENTS after the purchased of their fake book, I emailed and explaining the situation and they have refused to refund me. There is no phone numbers for them on any emails, the phone number I provided is just to move forward with the next page.

The puurchasing process makes it appear they will mail the product to you. The email they send says mailing address info and then they email you the stuff. They guarantee 30 return policy, but when asked for a refund state they dont do refunds.
