This company has scammed me out of thousands. About $2300. I don't know how I heard of them. They may have called me. The first 18 months I paid $99 a month. Then I paid $29.99 a month. They kept charging $10 more a month. I had $11,000 in student loans. They were to pay off my student loans & remove from my credit as soon as possible. They kept emailing me. The two men were very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. . That's what caught my attention. At first I had the funds set up on auto withdrawal from my bank account. I closed the account. Then I paid with my Chime account. He threatened to cancel service if I did not pay $59.99. They did me wrong. I am also submitting a complaint. I am an Army veteran. One of the men I spoke with was David Vazquez 888-669-9942.

Texted & stated it was time to do my income directed student loan. Stated I needed to pay $239.00 per month from April to July then 49.97 per month from August 2020 until March 2021. This would take care of my student loan payments. After checking with my student loan company nothing has been done. I now have a payment of 223.00 due July 23 which has forced me to go into forebearance on my student loan. I have emailed Student Loan Movement, no answer back. I have tried calling several times, when they find out my name, they hang up
