This company have called my phone numerous of times! I finally called them back. I asked to speak to KAYLEE and she was unavailable to assist me and the person I was talking to could help me. I asked the name of the company and they gave it to me. Then, I asked how they received my information and that person HUNG UP ON ME. I thought we got Disconnected…. So, I called them back and asked for KAYLEE and they said, “they can help me”. I asked again how did they receive my information and they HUNG UP ON ME a 2nd time. So, a 3rd time is a charm and I called them again. I asked them the same question and You know what they did, DISCONNECT!
Please people be careful, we work too hard for our money and college degrees to get scam. Please, please do not work with this company!

I paid them 999.00 and in five years my student loan would be one if i just summit my paperwork yearly.

I got an email, from this man, Martin and he told me that I was eligible because my school was a scam basically which I believed because they literally did just change names and they screwed me out of a lot of money and classes. And have 22 credits left to finish my BA and I can't because they say I owe money. (whole other issue), but they asked for basic information which they already knew my school as well as my borrow so that is pretty insane that he knew this information I don't know how. But I am attaching a screenshot of what he sent. And I added the numbers he is now calling me from. I knew immediately after submitting that it was a scam, from how quickly they called after submitting and my phone alerted potential scam. Sucks though bc I was scammed by my school so I could use the help.

I am a victim of a student debt repayment fraud. On Friday April 2nd, I received a phone call around 6:30pm from a Mikey Torre from Student Alumni Counseling center (1-310-906-5440). This person claimed to be from a consolidation company affiliated with the Department of Education who promised me a way to cut my school fees in half with help from their services. The specific details was an initial fee of $800 to Student Alumni Counseling center which consists of $200 every other week starting on April 2nd. After the total fee was received, Student Alumni Counseling Center would charge $215.50 a month for 250 payments. After the total 250 payments were received, the remaining loan would be eliminated. On May 14th I received an email from FedLoan servicing stating that "We couldn't process your IDR" or Income-Driven repayment. I contacted FedLoan, and was told that the previous information was ineligible. I then reported the matter to Student Alumni Counseling Center, and was told that they would resubmit a better image of my paperwork. After this discussion I decided to log on FedLoan myself to look over my files. Unfortunately I was unable to access my account, and was eventually locked out from the site. After numerous calls, and text from student Alumni Counseling Center to remedy my login situation, I decided to investigate the company myself. After seeing the large disclaimer on their website stating that Student Alumni Counseling Center is "NOT affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S Department of Education", no notoriety of ScamPulse.com website, and numerous fraud complaints from past customers, I grabbed the proof that I conjured and drove to my closest bank to file a fraud complaint. My bank immediately terminated my debit card and re-issued me a new one after realizing that Student Alumni Counseling Center did NOT have an address. A follow up from Student Alumni Counseling Center (Mickey Torre) resulted in the company retaliating with grotesque unprofessional rudeness, cursing, and remarks stating that I am quote "A waste of Breath". So far I've lost $600 to Student Alumni Counseling Center. With access to my contact information and social security number, I am worried that this company may pursue and damage me financially in the future.

They called my husband and before we move along any further...I just wanted to make sure they were not a scam...they made it seem that all we had to do was pay $1000+ broken up into four small payments and the DOE would continue to make monthly payments of $0 which would appear as payments but my husband’s debt would be cleared. It made sense at the time but now I’m thinking...what the craziness in scamming is this?

I got a call from them asking me if I wanted my student loans forgiven that they would use a government program to help. But then they wanted to log directly into my FAFSA account by sending me a password reset. I declined and told them to take me off their list but shortly after that they sent the user and login of another person to me via email.

The scam is a student loan forgiveness scam. They claimed to be apart of the Department of Education. Promised me if I pay four payments of $277.50 starting Friday February 5th until April, my student loans would be forgiven until next year. Then he asked for my social security number, my debit card number, my birthday and my federal student loan ID and password. He CHANGED my federal student loan password and accessed my student loan amount. I did fall for the scam BUT I realized it was a scam before they could take money out of my account. I cancelled my debit card, changed my federal student loan ID and Password, put a freeze on all of my accounts and filed my taxes. Now they keep sending me emails saying “payment declined” and they are calling me nonstop at all the numbers I listed. They call me at 6pm at night Oklahoma time while they are in California. The website I listed cannot be found from a Google search bar. Only from the email I was sent with a phony e-book.
