STONEAGE-SCAMMERS TOOK MY MONEY

I contacted Farah A-Kh on Facebook marketplace for a quartz countertop. She asked me to send measurements in order to give a quote. I wanted to see the quartz in person and she sent me to her supplier Lucent countertop. I got back to her with the quartz I chose and then she said Omid will come over to see me. He showed up dressed in a blue suit driving a Tessla. Was very nice telling me his personal stories about people's homes he visited. He wanted $500 down and i paid him then he said he will send a guy out to re-measure the following week and when the guy showed up he said I had to pay the remainder of the 50% deposit as they were hoing to get the slab cut and i paid. They were supposed to install the countertop the following week and they never showed up. I called Omid and he said he's busy installing 20 countertops a day and he needed to reschedule mine for the following week. Once again they did not show up and I tried calling Omid, no voicemail. I texted him and he called me back saying he would install it in the next couple of days. I called the day before to make sure they were coming and no answer. I texted him twice and then he called me to say I am harassing him and he does not want my business and I should wait until he has time to contact me because he is losing clients because I am texting him. I asked him for my 50% deposit back and he told me I owe him money because he had to send people out to measure my countertop and good luck with that and he hung up. I called Lucent, their supplier and they told ne tgat the slab was syill sitting there and Omid never sent them the measurements. I then contacted Farah on Facebook messenger and she told me I owed them money because they had to send people out to measure. She then blocked me on Facebook. I lost $1600.00

These guys are scammers advertising granite and quartz for $12 sq/ft on Facebook marketplace. Stay far away from them. I also saw that Omid scammed other people through fake renovation companies he opened. This guy is getting away with scamming innocent people their money. I wished I had looked him up before. Please be aware of them. He has several people working for him cheating people of their money. Farah is his online person who does all the initial set ups for him.
