I placed an order on their website 2 weeks ago and thought it was odd I hadn't received a shipping notification. I emailed the emails listed on their website and none of the emails are deliverable, they all say that the domain doesn't exist. I also reached out on social media with no reply. I noticed on their Instagram, several others have commented on old posts that they placed orders but never received the merchandise. I believe this business is no longer operating but still taking payments from people. As there is no way to contact customer service there's no way to get a refund.
