Steve mintz from Clyde, NC, USA said that I would pay for all building materials up front, then pay all labor upon completion of the project. Steve mintz bought only 1/3 of the building material. Never showed up for several months, then walked away from the project with 2/3 of the supplies costs, costing me $30,000.
