I ordered a pair of shoes online from StepTheTop. The shoes were too small for me to wear so I requested a return. Even though their website says they accept returns, they strung me along with offers of three-, five- and 8-dollar refunds and a 10% discount on my next order; I keep the shoes. I declined all these offers and said I just wanted to return the shoes for a full refund of $60.99. They said the shoes would have to be returned to China at my expense of $48.80. Almost what I paid for the shoes. This is by far the worse customer service I have come across in all my many years.
