On September 28, 2026, I responded to an online application for Stella Management. They used highly deceptive, high-pressure onboarding tactics to guide me into digitally signing a 'StarPass Agreement.' Immediately upon signing, they utilized a corporate banking tool via Mercury ([email protected]) to issue a massive, unexpected invoice (INV-33309) for $10,000.00. When I immediately recognized the predatory nature of the transaction and requested a contract cancellation via email on the same day, they sent an immediate rejection stating the fee could not be waived. They have also sent high-pressure, automated text messages to my personal line from 938-786-3827. I am filing this report because this business uses deceptive practices, hidden fees, and coercive text templates to trap young creators into massive, unrendered financial debts.
