I received a phone call from Abigail stating she was from the State Licensure and Benefit Association. She asked my name and D.O.B and proceeded to tell me I qualified for benefits due to being a licensed cosmetologist. She proceeded to read through a booklet on screen leap so I could see what she was reading. I hung up once I realized it was a scam.
