I had a chat with a friend that said her parents were scammed by a insurance company State Benefits Center and also called USBA. She said they sell health insurance,life insurance and retirement benefits among other things. They thought at first it was a legit company and then they later they found out that the company was not what they seemed

When the parents would call customer service they could never get anybody on the phone and it also turns out that really alot of people have never heard of the company and the company kept debiting their account until they shut their account down. They are getting legal help but I still wanted to warn people to be careful.
