Tried to cancel the order and cancel with AFFIRM but they stated that the cancel was done too late and packaged shipped. The package suppose to have been delivered by UPS, the package was not at my door where they claimed they left it. AFFIRM will not refund the money as they claim the sender provided proof of delivery. I have not received the GP1 and I am out of pocket $1798. I have tried calling TRIMRX will not return phone call nor email. AFFIRM will not listen and UPS will not provide the proof just the scanning of the package. Do not use either of these companies. Communication is useless. TRIMRX is fraud and scam.

Subscribed to Trim for GLP-1 MEDS March 25, 2026. After “special” price of $769 for three months and receiving meds, I got notice that plan renews at $909 for 3 months. I am trying to cancel my subscription. Then this morning I see an ad from them (see enclosed). This is not the first GLP-1 company that has changed after I ordered. There are so many companies out there offering these meds and none seem to be reliable.
