I ordered a clothing item that was 2 pieces. The website says that they guarantee a 30 day refund. The pants suit arrived and was too tight in the chest and the pants and top were too long. I requested a refund and they ignored me for a few days then refunded me $14.00, where I had paid 48.93 minus 8.98 in taxes. The company is listed as startrsp. My order # is 3182
