Starluck Flowers canceled two orders and hasn't issued a refund

A flower arrangment for $64.94 was ordered online and canceled 15 minutes later by Starluck Flowers. We thought we made an error so we ordered the same flower arrangment a second time, and it too was canceled. When we called the business and inquired about the cancellation, they stated they didn't have the flowers and have issued a refund, which we'd recieve in 5 to 10 business days. After 15 business days, I contacted their customer service number at (800) 646-8308 and asked about the refund of $129.88. They stated it was processed and I should just wait longer.

ordered flowers from Starluck Flowers to be delivered to a dear friend who had just lost someone special. The gesture was meant to bring comfort during a difficult time. Instead, it turned into added frustration. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email from Starluck Flowers canceling it—without any explanation.

It’s now been 21 days, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve reached out with no resolution. This kind of customer service is incredibly disappointing, especially when dealing with a time-sensitive and emotional purchase. I would not recommend using this company if you’re looking for reliability or accountability.

They claim they cancelled my order but they are frauds. They charged my card. I’ve cancelled my card so good luck. Apparently they do this often. Do a search on them before doing business with them.

Florist Scammers

Needed to order flowers to be delivered to a friend's wife's funeral. Because of time restraints didn't do a lot of research and went to the first site that said they delivered in the specific city that Monday. Received an email on Sunday saying it was canceled because the order couldn't be delivered which was weird because it was scheduled for the next day. Refund was supposed to be issued within 2 business days and here we are 5 days later without anything. Have emailed and called and both reps "guaranteed" the refund was in process. If in fact it had been initiated it would show as pending but there's nothing there.

Online Retailer - Flower Delivery Scam: Starluck Flowers

Ordered flowers online for a funeral. Flowers were never delivered. Contacted company and they stated they had to cancel order and that they would credit back the funds to the card. Never happened.
