A ring and ring sizing kit was purchased. Initially the ring sizing kit did not arrive in the mail. 2 separate attempts to make contact were made that the kit did not arrive. After 20 days no contact or response I had made a call, sent an email and put in a ticket for get a refund since no response was made. Emails were sent back (unsure if they were automated) informing me my calls, emails and ticket number for complaint had been made. (All separate emails, since the calls, email and ticket were made separately to gain contact with someone). No response or refund have been made since.
