They have been taking money put of my account for 7 months of more with a payment of $44.00 or more I have no idea who these people are and how did they get my information , and also have been actually writing the checks when I talk to Regions Bank but the checks are coming from the bank like I wrote the checks and this account is not my account it's my husband's account and I have called and told them that this is not me writing the checks can they put me on a off subscription and now I'm getting a bill invoice letter from them telling me to pay $116.22 that I don't have any idea about and I really need this fixed

Spectrum Billing Services tried to collect money via listing an old cell phone number. The "company" kept mailing invoices each month. When called, the lady who answered the phone at 800- 350-4508 also was the same employee who answered the phone when the number 800-572-0420 was dialed. The fake account is in my husbands name. My name isn't listed upon the account. When I called, I gave a reference number and she talked to me about account. She placed me on hold for an extended amount of time. The lady acted like the bill would be changed to a balance of zero, to not worry about it anymore. My husband hasn't had that number or number in 20 months. The dates and times listed of services was invalid. This is a scam.
